More troops to Tijuana after capture of ‘El Teo’

The Army will immediately deploy an additional 1,000 soldiers and marines to Tijuana to try to avoid an upsurge in violence there after the capture of Eduardo Teodoro García, “El Teo,” one of the most wanted drug traffickers on the 13th.
